Construction Foreman
Bollinger Construction is a framing contractor that delivers exceptional craftsmanship while providing unparalleled service in the residential, multi-family and light commercial construction industry. Bollinger Construction is recognized as a leader in quality wood framing and turnkey solutions and has been in business for almost 30 years providing large to small projects. We are in need of an experienced, hands-on Construction Foreman.
Responsibilities include:

Managing the day-to-day activities of residential and commercial projects in conjunction with Project Managers
-
Managing and supervising staff and subcontractors throughout the project
-
Working with all trades
-
Following and enforcing all safety regulations
-
Developing, monitoring, and enforcing scheduling and change orders
-
Strong residential and commercial carpentry skills
-
Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
-
Being responsible for construction paperwork
Requirements for the position include the following:
-
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in all aspects of custom residential and commercial carpentry
-
Strong carpentry skills
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Ability to direct in house labor force and subcontractors
-
A high degree of self-motivation and desire to work whatever it takes to get the job done

Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines while keeping customers satisfied
Construction Estimator

Bollinger Construction is recognized as a leader in quality wood framing and turnkey solutions and has been in business for almost 30 years providing large to small projects. We are in need of an experienced Construction Estimator.
Responsibilities:

Conduct analysis of drawings and specifications
-
Conduct quantity take-offs from the drawings and prepare proposals
-
Prepare construction budgets
-
Prepare bid packages.
-
Issue RFIs
-
Prepare and send out ITBs to vendors and subcontractors
-
Possesses the ability to use an estimating program such as "Planswift"
Requirements:

Excel Proficiency
-
Good time management and organizational skills
-
Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications
Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years general contracting estimating experience
